Welcome to our beautiful privately owned Florida vacation villa which is situated
on the Indian Point development in Kissimmee, only 10 minutes
drive
from
all main
Disney Attractions and 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport.
Our
4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom villa benefits from having a South
Facing Swimming Pool and Separate Children's Pool for younger guests, Games Area, Games Console and Wi-Fi.
The
villa is centrally heated /air conditioned and is superbly furnished
to accommodate up to 10 people.
We provide all towels, bed linen, beach towels, a cot / crib with bedding
and a highchair.
A Complimentary Welcome Pack is provided for your arrival.
We
also provided FREE Hi-Speed Wi-Fi Internet Access and FREE National and International Phone calls.

The
Villa has a Games Area with Dart Board, 7ft pool table and
a
10 in 1 Games Table which includes; Table Football, Table
Tennis & many more table games. The Games area also has
a fan. |

The South Facing Pool is 25' X 11' and the
Children's pool is 9'x 5'
these are enhanced
by the patio and covered Lanai.
The pools are thermostatically controlled all year round
and are
covered by a mesh screen that provides full protection against
insects and also keeps the pool area clean. Don't worry your
Tan will not be affected!
The
Patio Area with ceiling fan and light is equipped with padded
loungers, chairs and a table.
For
the safety of younger children we have installed an
alarm
system
on all external doors leading to the pool area.

The
Kitchen has all modern conveniences including microwave, cooker,
dishwasher, fridge freezer and Utensils. There is also a separate
breakfast area.
The washer and dryer are located in a separate Laundry Room. |

The
Main Living Area has a ceiling fan and is furnished to a high
standard. We have included digital cable TV, DVD player and
Hi-Fi for your enjoyment.
If required one of the settees converts to a queen
sized sofa bed. |

There
is also a Formal Dining area with table and 6 chairs. |

The
Master Bedroom with ceiling fan has a king size bed, telephone
cable TV and walk-in
closet. The alarmed patio door leads to the pool area. Off the Master Bedroom is a Large en-suite bathroom. |

Leading off the
Master Bedroom is the large en suite bathroom comprising of a toilet,
large corner bath, double vanity unit and separate shower cubicle,
and hairdryer. |

Bedroom
2 with ceiling fan has queen size bed, large wardrobe, bedside
tables, Cable TV and a chest of drawers. |

Bedroom
3 with ceiling fan has twin beds, television, Playstation 2 with
games, large wardrobe, bedside table and a chest of drawers. |

4 with ceiling fan has twin beds and is themed in Winnie the
Pooh and Tigger Too style, again with a large wardrobe and
drawers. |

separate Family Bathroom, comprises of toilet, bath with shower over and vanity
unit. A Hairdryer is
